MANDALAY DIVISION – The Ministry of Human Rights, the National Unity Government announced that international human rights pamphlets and military ethics pamphlets were distributed to the Madaya township, Mandalay Division People’s Defense Force soldiers yesterday.
As a movement on the welcoming of 76th Human Rights Day, the international human rights declarations issued by the United Nations and the soldier’s ethics pamphlets were distributed to the PDF soldiers to read, study and follow.
