MAGWAY DIVISION – The terrorist junta forces burned down three residential houses and abducted a 14-year-old boy, after the clash occurred in Chauk Township.
The terrorist junta column leaving pro-junta Pyu Saw Htee dominated Kone Gyi Village in Chauk Township, arrived near the base of Chauk Revolution Army (CRA) and the skirmish occurred for more than an hour.
Afterwards, the terrorist junta forces burned down the CRA camp and abducted a 14-year-old boy from Kan Thit Village on the way back, according to an official of CRA.
In the early morning of December 27, around 100 of terrorist junta forces carried out offensive attacks and after the clash, the Revolutionary Forces retreated due to the imbalance of fire power. The Chauk Revolution Army said the terrorist junta forces burned down their camp, and on the way back, they burned down three houses in Kan Thit Kone Village and captured 14-year-old boy, Min Khant in his grade 10.
“The fascist junta forces abducted Min Khant on their way back. It is not yet possible to confirm the casualties of junta forces. I heard that there were many injuries,” he said.
In addition, the junta forces burned and destroyed the checkpoint of CRA on Kone Gyi – Na Ywe Taw road, recklessly fired artillery shells, and it landed and exploded at Na Ywe Taw Village, destroying two residential houses. Locals said that the junta forces suffered many injuries during the fighting, but it has not been confirmed yet.
