SHAN STATE – An official from Danu State National Defence Army (DSNDA) reported that Pyu Saw Htee leader Htay Lwin from Yehla Village in Ywangan Township ran away from the revolutionary forces who went to arrest him and a weapon was confiscated from his house.
Revolutionary forces raided the house of the Pyu Saw Htee leader to arrest him on December 18 but he ran away and a rifle and several bullets were confiscated from his house.
“We want to inform that we won’t be sparing the junta subordinates that have been bullying the people. He ran away from his house so we failed to capture him. He has been bullying the people using his weapon and his connection to the junta army. He would also act as a guide for junta forces on offensive raids and also steal the belongings of the civilians when raiding the villages alongside the junta forces,” said the official from DSNDA.
Pyu Saw Htee leader Htay Lwin is known to have threatened the civilians at gunpoint, beat up those he disliked, and fired his gun to scare the residents of the village intentionally. He is also a criminal who guided the terrorist junta forces on their raids and stole items belonging to the people after breaking into the houses.
