MAGWAY DIVISION – Mr. Kyaung Thar from Chauk Revolution Force (CRF) said that Tun Naing, a junta informant sniffing out the news of the revolutionary forces in Chauk Township, was killed in an attack.
Around 4:20 p.m. on January 11, Tun Naing, a subordinate of the terrorist junta council from Sarlalkyun Village, was shot and reportedly died on the spot.
“We repeatedly warned him as he had worked with the junta council’s District Chief in Chauk Township to investigate the information of revolutionary forces and people supporting the revolution and causing their arrests. But he ignored our warnings and continued his actions so we attacked him,” explained Mr. Kyaung Thar.
The attack was said to have been carried out by Chauk Revolution Force and Kyaukpadaung Special Defence Force.
