SAGAING DIVISION – An official from Unicorn Guerrilla Force reported that they seized a car belonging to Tun Wai, a junta pillar that has been troubling the people by extorting the motorboats in Sagaing Township.
The car of Tun Wai, a resident of Sharyaung Village, who has been colluding with junta officers to trouble the people and extort the cargo rafts and motorboats on the Ayeyarwaddy River, was reportedly seized on a road in Minkun Region on January 28.
It is said that the driver was released as he was just a civilian but the car was seized by members of Unicorn Guerrilla Force and will be put to use in necessary areas of the revolution and public service works.
“The driver was a civilian. Our main point is to warn the monasteries in Minkun that are involved with junta pillars, Pyithusit militia and junta police. We have already received complaints, data and their contact lists,” said the official from Unicorn Guerrilla Force.
Unicorn Guerrilla Force said that they have received the data of monasteries involved with Waipulla, the monk leading the Pyithusit militia in Sagaing and warned the involved monks to stay away (from the junta forces) by their own conscious, adding that this is the last warning and that there will be consequences.
