MAGWAY DIVISION – Local people say that the terrorist army has increased its strength at the security gates and young people who hold Magway national registration cards are being arrested continuously as porters after 2 policemen were shot and killed in Yenangyaung township.
It is reported that 2 police officers from the Let Hmat Kone area police station were shot and killed on December 11th by the revolutionary forces in the Ma Gyi Tai, Po Ko Road section of Yenangyaung township.
After the deaths of the 2 policemen, the terrorist army has increased security forces at the checkpoints in the Yenangyaung and has been arresting young people with Magway national registration.
At the thirty-sixth bridge gate, the soldiers of the terrorist junta council checked the registration of the youths who were on the express highway bus returning from Yangon on January 15, and all the young people who were in the car were arrested as the porters.
“On the 15th, at the gate of the Thirty-sixth Bridge of the Yenangyaung, war dogs and police dogs arrested the youths on the express car returning from Yangon by saying “all who are holding 8/ must get out.” It is reported that all the young people in the car were arrested as the porters. After 2 police dogs were shot and killed in the Yenangyaung, the arresting of a porter by police dogs is getting worse,” a local resident said.
