MYANMAR – Mr. Kyaung Thar from Chauk Revolution Force (CRF) stated that five junta soldiers were killed in a mine attack targeting three junta vehicles in Chauk Township, Magway Division.
The three supply trucks of the terrorist junta council were attacked near Kyimyin Village in Chauk Township on January 4 and one truck was damaged, five junta forces were killed and at least four more were injured.
The attack was carried out by Chauk Revolution Force and Magway District Special Strike Team (Kyaukpadaung Special Defence Force).
Similarly, terrorist junta forces extorting civilians on the old Yangon-Mandalay Highway in Wundwin Township, Meikhtila District, Mandalay Division were attacked with remote controlled mines, according to Bo. Mike Khae from Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT).
Around 6 a.m. on January 12, five junta policemen from Wundwin Police Station were patrolling and extorting passing civilians near Leinpin Village on the old Yangon-Mandalay Highway when they were attacked with remote controlled mines. It is said that the details of the damage are still being investigated.
“They were from Wundwin Police Station. They usually carry out their extortions there. Because we attacked remotely, we didn’t get a good look. We are still investigating their casualties. They also fired back. Our soldiers retreated after detonating the mines,” said Bo. Mike Khae, the leader of MBT.
The attack was carried out by the members of MBT and the public is requested to stay away from terrorist junta forces.
