KAREN STATE- The Karen National Union (KNU) – Central announced that 45 major and minor clashes took place between the terrorist military council forces and the revolutionary joint forces led by the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) from December 1st to 15th at Korthooley Administrative Region of Mutraw District.
It was mentioned that 11 junta soldiers were killed and 8 others were injured in the battles.
During the clashes, the terrorist war council troops shelled about 28 heavy weapons into the civilians’ villages, and a civilian was injured, according to the statement.
