Mr. Myint Htwe, the president of Sagaing Federal Unit Parliament met with the local civilians in Sagaing Division on December 6. He had frankly discussed with the local civilians about the legislative process, the expectation of federalism, and supporting the civilians which are being implemented by the parliament.
