MAGWAY DIVISION: It was reported by the responsible person of Salin Township People’s Defence Organization (PDO) that 8 people related to the families of junta’s army, who were caught by PDO in Salin township, Magway division had been released by humanitarianism after they had signed pledge.
On January 4, after 8 people related to the families of junta’s army who were caught by Salin Township PDO were inspected several times, they were released by humanitarianism. Before the detainees were released, they had signed pledge.
Those (8) people who are related to junta’s army and the families of Junta’s council were caught while the members of PDO were inspecting at the checkpoints in Salin township.
“8 people including young child were released from punishment. They were caught at our checkpoints after inspection. We will take actions against those who actually committed the crimes. People who didn’t commit any crimes are guaranteed not to be punished by being bias. We practice humanitarianism,” said by the responsible person of Salin Township People’s Defence Organization (PDO).
