On December 12th, the terrorist war council soldiers who were patrolling Long Lon township from Dawei stopped 2 young pedestrians riding a motorcycle while they were arriving at Min Yat village and 2 young men escaped.
While the terrorist military council soldiers were shooting at the 2 young men who fled, the military council soldiers who remained in Min Yat village opened fire with 40 mm weapons. It was reported that the shells hit the area where the junta council soldiers and killing 1 and injuring 2.
After that, the terrorist junta council soldiers were forced to transport a car carrying rubber sheets and took the body of the dead soldier and 2 injured people to the hospital.
“This afternoon, the war dog patrol that arrived in Min Yat village stopped 2 young people on the road and the young men suddenly ran away while soldiers tried to check the motorcycle, so the military dogs split into 2 groups and shot. The junta forces that were left behind fired 4 rounds of 40 mm shells, and hit their own man and fell back, killing one junta force. 2 were injured. The guys were dragged onto 1 private car and loaded. 2 youths also escaped,” said Comrade Shadow, who is in charge of information for the People’s Defense Forces in Long Lon township.
The terrorist army has been patrolling the villages in the upper part of Long Lon township since this morning with more than 200 soldiers. Although civilians have been arrested, the number has not yet been confirmed.
In addition, it is reported that more than 50 soldiers have been reinforced by water due to the fear that the terrorist army camps in lower parts of Long Lon township, will be attacked.
